Textbooks 101 is a textbook price comparison platform that allows users to compare buy and sell prices from multiple retailers, and buy/sell textbooks with other students on campus.

You may browse and compare prices without an account. To list books for sale, message other users, or use the wait-list feature, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (book listings, images, messages). By posting, you grant us a license to display your content to other users. You agree not to post fraudulent listings or misleading information.

5. Price Comparison

We provide price information from third-party retailers as a convenience. Prices are subject to change and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for transactions completed on third-party websites.

6. Campus Transactions

Textbooks 101 facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Users are responsible for completing transactions safely.

7. Affiliate Links

Some retailer links on our platform are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate pricing information or failed transactions.
